Our Coffee's Story

ABOUT US

Our coffee comes from the Altamira Farm, located on the slopes of the Tatamá Natural Park in the municipality of Santuario, Colombia.

This place has been blessed with a wonderful climate and very fertile soils, which contribute to the excellent flavor of our coffee.

At Encantos Café, we're passionate about bringing you coffee that is not only rich in flavor but also rich in heritage. The unique environment of Altamira Farm allows coffee plants to thrive, absorbing the nutrients from fertile volcanic soils and benefiting from the perfect balance of sunlight and rainfall.    

Our Journey

Encantos Café was born out of a deep appreciation for exceptional coffee and a commitment to ethical sourcing. By partnering directly with the dedicated farmers of Altamira Farm, we ensure that traditional cultivation methods are honored and that each bean is harvested with care.

Brewing Recommendations

Each bag comes with brewing tips to help you make the perfect cup. 

Unlock the full flavor of our premium coffee with these simple brewing tips:

  • Grind Fresh:

    Use freshly ground coffee beans for the best aroma and taste.

  • Water Matters:

    Brew with filtered water at the right temperature (176-185°F).

  • Coffee-to-Water Ratio:

    Use 1 tablespoon of coffee per 4 ounces of water. Adjust to your preference.

  • Brew Time:

    Follow the recommended brew time for your preferred method - long enough to extract the flavor, but short enough to avoid bitterness.

  • Choose Your Method:

    Whether you prefer a French press, pour-over, or espresso machine, our coffee shines in every preparation.
